friendly staff comfortable beds
i appreciated the friendly staff at arrival. they told me about the available parking options which was good to know. lifts accessed each floor and the room was very clean with comfortable beds.

amazing stay close to hydro
early check-in room hygiene convenient location
the staff were friendly and accommodating i was allowed a smooth early check-in which proved very convenient. the room was exceedingly clean reflecting a commendable standard of hygiene. the hotel's proximity to local attractions and amenities offered added convenience enhancing the overall experience.
the room needed more power sockets near the bed i had to unplug the kettle to charge my phone. some litter was present behind the toilet door near the bedside cabinet. a toilet light bulb did not work making it difficult to do makeup.

the room included comfortable beds and nice large towels were provided for use . the shower had good water pressure, this made for a refreshing start to the day. the room was cleaned every day by dedicated staff.

convenient stay near the sec hydro
kind staff great location
the staff was very kind and helpful throughout my stay. the location is close to the city centre, conference centre and the hydro. i could easily access all the places i wanted to visit. the friendly assistance.
i found the room could use some updating. i noticed the wallpaper had staples holding it to the wall. the door frame also showed signs of damage and needs repair.

the hotel provided complimentary tea and coffee in the room. the bed was super clean and cozy. the staff assisted me with taxi service to the train station for my journey home.

The staff were very friendly and helpful . I found that they accommodated all my requests related to mobility issues prior to my arrival. Free parking was available and easily accessible with a mobility scooter. The staff assisted with inside parking.
